A father and husband, I grew up as a nomad for a preponderance of my life and subsequently haven't had the privilege to claim any single place as "home". I arrived in the greater Washington DC Metropolitan area in 1999 from Hawaii after serving almost 6 years in the navy, sailing the seven seas. I've always dreamed of being a professional photographer someday when I grow up. A career eccentric, as labeled by others, of course, I love the mountains, cold weather, photography, reading, music, and most importantly, watching the kids grow way too quickly.
